How many contract holders are on CIO-SP3 Small Business?

Is an Economically Disadvantage Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-aside available under the CIO-SP3 Small Business GWAC?

Yes. When defining the order in e-GOS, select the WOSB set-aside option and a complete listing of woman owned small businesses will appear. You must then deselect all the companies that are NOT Economically Disadvantaged. You can find the socioeconomic status of each contract holder in the Contract Holder Directory. Before setting aside an acquisition, keep in mind The “Rule of Two” as set out in FAR 19.502-2(b): It is the Ordering Agency’s responsibility to identify the Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses. When limiting competition, a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity may be required in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii).

What is the period of performance on CIO-SP3 Small Business?

The CIO-SP3 Small Business Contracts were originally awarded in waves and are now being additionally extended through 4/29/26.

The Period of Performance (POP) for each task order placed under the contract will be specified in the individual task order. Task order options, if included at the initial issuance of the task order, may be exercised after the expiration date of the GWAC; however, no task order (including task order options) may extend more than 60 months beyond the expiration of the GWAC. Therefore, there is an additional POP of five years available on each task order awarded before the expiration date of 4/29/26.
