CIO-SP3 Small Business is a Government-Wide Acquisition contract with rolling end dates per small business category (see below). Each task order can have a 5-year period of performance. CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs will be extended for up to one year.

Update on CIO-SP4 Award and Extension Plans for CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business

CIO-SP4 awards will be announced before November 1, 2022. In addition, NITAAC plans to extend the current CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business contracts for up to one year as needed while CIO-SP4 Contract Holders are onboarded. Extensions will be issued in 3-month increments. This means your customers will have additional time to award task orders under these contracts. Final details will be released as they become available.

  • 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with rolling end dates. Each task order awarded can have a five year period of performance (POP):
    • SB/WOSB ends 07/14/2022, task order POP through 7/14/2027
    • 8(a) end 6/29/2022, task order POP through 6/29/2027
    • SDVOSB ends 10/30/2022, task order POP through 10/30/2027
    • HUBZone ends 10/31/2022, task order POP through 10/31/2027
  • Provides small businesses with an opportunity to participate in government requirements
  • Gives government agencies a mechanism to help meet socioeconomic contracting goals
