Force 3 was awarded a 3 year, Annual in Advance Cisco SMARTnet maintenance contract with NIH that is managed and supported by Force 3’s Customer Advocacy Team. Knowledge of when Cisco gear will become end-of-life and proactively communicating this allows our customer to better forecast procurement costs as well as resource needs for implementation. With exact dates provided for each Cisco technology suite, NIH/CIT can successfully prioritize which Cisco gear will be refreshed based on utilization and cost. The contract, worth approximately $4.5 million, is financed with an annual in advance payment plan under the terms and conditions of Force 3’s NIH ECS III Schedule.
