This includes software programming, process improvement, and project management tasks. L-3 developed the Public Health Investigation and Disease Detection of Oklahoma (PHIDDO) web application to meet Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and OSDH infectious disease reporting requirements. We designed the application to support 450 state and county users and 850 users at external hospitals, physicians’ offices, clinics, labs, and community-based organizations.
