Support The Standards And Interoperability Nationwide Health Information Network-testing Infrastructure

Establish processes and tools to validate candidate implementation conformance to specifications by designing and developing a validation framework/test environment (process, tools, staff) that incorporates 3rd party (e.g. NIST) developed test tools into the framework and enhances the existing Interoperability Lab, and by conducting validation testing.
