Web Presence Redesign

Avaya Government Solutions (Avaya Gov) redesigned the web presence of NIH's Office of Intramural Training and Education (OITE). The major objective of the OITE Web site redesign project is to provide more and better information to internal and external constituencies—and to lead qualified users to online applications for NIH training programs—faster, more easily, and more elegantly than the current web site did. A secondary, but still important, objective was to streamline internal user community functions such as registration for and evaluation of OITE programs, lectures, and workshops.
