This tool provides tips and a sample email debrief for ordering contracting officers to consider as they prepare to give feedback to NITAAC contract holders. This tool has two documents. One is tips and the other is a sample email debrief.

How to Use This Tool

Debriefs can assist offerors in improving their win probability for future bids.
If the proposal is below $5.5M a debrief is not mandatory.
Please see the attached sample debrief email from the government to the offeror.

Tips on Using This Tool

Debriefs should be conducted after an award.
e-GOS will notify contract holders of an award once the ordering contracting officer makes a selection.
