Bioinformatics Integration Support Program (BISC)

BISC provides advanced information technology support in the production, analysis, archiving, and exchange of scientific data for the diverse community of life science researchers. The core component of the resource is an extensive data warehouse containing an integration of experimental data loaded from NIH-funded research and genomic, proteomic, clinical and other relevant extracted from a variety of public databases. The resource also provides data analysis tools and an immunology-focused ontology.
