Govplace partner IntelliDyne is in its eighth year and 3rd contract renewal providing a full range of IT support services for more than 2,800 users of the TMA community nationwide. IntelliDyne answers over 34,000 Help Desk calls per year, manages over 18,000 IT assets, tracks over 100,000 documents, hosts over 1.6 million Web pages and maintains over 200,000, manages 60 applications, hosts over 175 servers, monitors over 250 VTC meetings a month, delivers training courses to over 80 HA/TMA employees a month, and provides C&A and HIPAA compliance audits. Customer Satisfaction as measured: 100% of all monthly and quarterly reports delivered on time, over 98% of Help Desk tickets completed within 1 business day, over 95% rating for our Customer Assistance Center, systems availability and network uptime is consistently over 98%. All work has been completed within the budget.
